Many of our guides have been to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro over 100 times. They speak excellent English and are registered with Kilimanjaro National Park. All guides are well-trained in First Aid and are fountains of knowledge on local culture, the flora and fauna on the mountain and much more.
Our operations manager matches every group with a guide, cook and porters that suit them and their personal needs best.
Our dedicated and attentive operations managment team is on 24 hour standby 7 days a week.
We ensure our porters are treated fairly. They are kitted out with suitable gear, enjoy three meals per day and sleep in good shelters while working on the mountain.
Ensuring that clients’ energy levels are sustained, our cooks deliver a vital service. With this in mind, professional chefs regularly update their training and techniques.
